new user - cannot start

new user - cannot start

After program gets to scanning USB Devices it hangs. Is there something else I can do. I removed all but the bad defective external HD and the usb mouse.

Did the USB driver find any devices ?
OK, which version of program did you use ?
Try to boot without USB mouse and let me know.

I have the same problem. I'm using a laptop. The only usb device is the hard drive that I'm hoping to fix. Using v4.5.3 MS-DOS boot CD-ROM image (ISO format).

Hi,
this problem is caused by USBASPI driver.
I am working on beta 3 version, in this version works access to USB devices without any ASPI drivers.
However still without working tests...
I need more time to finish all of it.
